Commercial Utility Account Setup
Commercial accounts should coordinate service address verification, meter size review, and billing contacts prior to occupancy or tenant change.
Inspections and Certificates
- Building inspections are scheduled through Planning & Zoning.
- Fire inspection review may be required before occupancy.
- Certificates of occupancy are issued after final approvals are complete.
- Temporary use approvals and vendor operations must be posted on-site during activity.
Redevelopment and Grant Information
Community Development administers corridor revitalization coordination, downtown façade grant information, and site selection assistance for eligible properties near the Sagamore River and Town Hall District.
